A referral does not guarantee an interview, job, offer, selection, or response from the company.
Raising a dispute
Hunters or referrers may raise disputes during active referral work. Disputes freeze pending earnings until admin review is complete.
Admin resolution
Admin may refund the hunter, release earnings to the referrer, or apply a partial resolution based on chat history, payment records, and uploaded proof.
